About Me

With over 27 years of experience in hospitality—including time as a chef and boutique catering business owner—Cheyenne Simpkins brings a deeply personal, service-driven approach to real estate. A longtime Sonoma County resident by way of New York City, Cheyenne has spent more
than 18 years calling the North Bay home and understands what makes communities of Sonoma County so unique and desirable.

Cheyenne draws on 14 years of success in hospitality sales, seamlessly translating his skills in negotiation, client relations, and event execution into helping buyers and sellers reach their real estate goals. He is particularly passionate about guiding first-time homebuyers and those
relocating to the area—helping them find not just a house, but a future.

Cheyenne is a proud member of the National Association of Realtors and the North Bay Association of Realtors, and he is committed to making every client experience intentional, informed, and rewarding. His focus is always on helping clients exceed their goals while maximizing the financial and lifestyle benefits of homeownership.

Outside of real estate, Cheyenne is a devoted father of three, husband to a woman he lovingly describes as "too beautiful and intelligent for me," and a firm believer in the power of shared experiences and common ground. He brings warmth, integrity, and genuine curiosity to every
interaction.

Whether you're buying your first home, selling your current one, or settling into Sonoma County for the first time, Cheyenne is ready to help you every step of the way.
